Getting Your PAWDEGA Order is Really Easy!

Place your order, choose your delivery preference, checkout, and that's it!

Order Fulfillment Schedule:
Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days Monday - Friday (minus federal holidays).

Orders cannot be modified after completion.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM (CST), Saturday, and Sunday will be fulfilled the following Monday or Tuesday.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD in the Continental USA!

An estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout for Standard and Express shipping.

Delivery Issues

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at bark@pawdega.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and outside of the shipping box
  • A brief description of the issue

Damage claims reported after 72 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery so we can promptly assist you.

Refused or Rejected Deliveries
When a package is refused at the time of delivery, it is automatically returned to PAWDEGA by the carrier, and the carrier charges return shipping and any applicable fees for this process. These fees are outside of our control.

If you refuse a delivery:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and carrier fees charged to PAWDEGA
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable, even if your order qualified for discounted or promotional shipping
  • These charges will be deducted from any eligible refund

Refunds are only issued after the shipment has been successfully returned to our warehouse and inspected.

A Few More Things to Know
Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks your shipment as delivered.

PAWDEGA is not responsible for delays or damage caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, so please double check your address before placing your order.
